What you need before you start

Email and mobile number: If approved, your letter is sent to both.
Accurate answers: The doctor decides from your answers, so give them fully and honestly.
A way to pay: Payment is taken in the questionnaire. See prices and delivery speeds.
Your employer's policy: Check what evidence it accepts before you order.

If the doctor declines

The doctor may decide a letter isn't appropriate. If so, no letter is issued and you get a full refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 working days.
